What you can recall. What you were told. Photographs you have seen. Each of these play a role in creating your memory. Memories are fragmented recollections of the past.
In this series of photographs, I use this idea of memory to recreate scenes from my memories. Each photograph is comprised of multiple photos that I have taken. These images share similar skylines and geographical landscapes, but may have been taken kilometres apart, through the window of a moving car or train. Collaged together, they become a new narrative, a new landscape, and an all together new memory.
